The Nuclear Region, Host Galaxy and Environment of Active Galaxies


Dear Colleagues:
This is the THIRD AND FINAL announcement of the Symposium:
"The Nuclear Region Host Galaxy and Environment of Active Galaxies",
a Symposium to celebrate the 60th birthday of Deborah Dultzin-Hacyan. This event will be held on April 18-20, 2007 at Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico.
The venue of the Symposium is the HOTEL GALA Beach Resort,
located at Huatulco. This Hotel is an all-inclusive beach resort. Youcan consult details about the Hotel and how to arrive to Huatulco in:

NOTE: For people that decided to host in a different hotel, there will be an additional payment at the GALA. This is because you have to pay for meals and coffee breaks there. For more details on this, we ask you to contact Ms. Lila Perillat:  


Registration starts on Tuesday April 17th, at 16:00 hrs and will be
open until 20:00 hrs. On Wednesday April 18th, it will be open
again from 8:00 to 13:00 hrs.

Registration fee is 250 USD (US Dollars) for all participants who registered before January 31st. 2007.  For those participants
who registered after the deadline the registration fee is 300 USD.
This fee should be payed in cash at the registration desk.

The Symposium Dinner-Party will be on Thursday April 19th, and it will have an additional cost of $300.00 (Mexican pesos). This should be pay also in cash at the desk during the meeting, preferably at registration.


The Hotel offers all participants a Welcome Cocktail on Tuesday April 17th, from 18:30-20:30 PM.
