Activities:

• Welcome Cocktail on Monday night, November 7th.
• A guided tour to Tulum ruins is scheduled for Wednesday Novermber, 9th
  (we are awaiting the final confirmation from the archeologist that will lead the visit). We do not have the exact cost of the visit, but we estimate it will be around $25-40 USD, including transportation to and from the archeological site, and entrance fee to visit the ruins.
• Martin and Pepi's special dinner celebration will take place on Thursday, November 10th.
• Tours for Saturday 12th.

  Natural Aquarium of Xel-Ha Eco-park (incuding a Cenote sight seeing inside Xel-Ha).
  

• Tour to Mayan places (cultural journey)
  
• This trip includes a visit to the Mayan ruins of Coba, a visit to a Mayan town to see their traditions and folklore, and a visit to a Cenote where rappelling and swiming will be possible (not suitable for children under 6).

Each of these visits lasts the whole day and costs around $110-120 USD dollars. The price includes transportation to and from the hotel to the sites, entrance fees, abundant lunch, drinks (free bar during the visit to Xel-Ha), among other things.

• Scuba Diving

Two main dive trips are offered by request, one the previous weekend of the meeting (from Saturday November 5th to Monday November 7th) and the other the following weekend (Saturday 12h and Sunday 13th). It is also possible to practice scuba diving during the meeting at lunch time.
