We present light curves of 321 stars in the open cluster NGC1817. The
data were obtained in a search for pulsating stars, mainly of the delta
Scuti type, using CCD observations collected at the Nordic Optical
Telescope at La Palma, Spain. 12 delta Scuti stars (11 of which could
be confirmed as cluster members), 2 variables of unknown type and 2
eclipsing binary systems were found.

We describe the observations, data reduction and colour-transformation
procedures, and give the resulting light curves in tabular form. We
also present sets of B and V stacked images obtained at low air masses.
