This journal follows a single-blind, external, peer review. The editor consults the Editorial Committee for suggestions of reviewers. The editor is the final authority to assign a reviewer, to accept or reject a manuscript and is responsible for all material published in the journal. Decisions are communicated to the corresponding author in a formal letter, along with reviewers feedback. Once the final requirements are fulfilled, a formal letter of acceptance is sent to the corresponding author, and the manuscript enters the production stage.
