Magnetic Field in W3(OH)
The article describes the most complete study of the full polarization of the OH maser emission (1665 MHz) from the star forming region W3(OH) using VLBI techniques. The magnitude was found to be 5 to 6 milliGauss always pointing away from the observer (1988 ApJ, 326, 958) [10].
